We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have changed your mind about a purchase, we offer a 48-hour return policy from the time you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us at Info@easyshopinternational.com within 48 hours of receiving your item to request a return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Items

Items lost in transit will be refunded in full. An item is considered lost if it has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (beauty products). Gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement once your return is approved and processed.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow time for the refund to appear in your account, as processing times may var

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {Info@easyshopinternational.com} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
